Hello, fellow aviators!

I’m JMSooStyle, CEO of LAND Air Group. Like many of you, I am a passionate avgeek. While my professional career is rooted in real-world airline ground operations rather than the flight deck, I’ve spent nearly three decades using flight simulators to replicate airline operations as authentically as possible.

Through my real world aviation experience, I’ve learned that great flying goes far beyond basic aircraft handling and checklist mastery. At the heart of commercial aviation is a discipline built on strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and punctuality:

• Real World SOP Discipline: Operating strictly within defined performance limits such as adhering to stabilization criteria during an approach in crosswinds, low visibility, or sudden wind shear, and strictly executing a go-around when conditions demand it.

• Operational Accountability: Maintaining schedules and tracking delays. Every minute counts on the apron; if you push back late, dispatch and ground ops need to know the delay code behind it.

The vision for LAND Air Group is to bring that authentic, high stakes operational dynamic to your home simulator giving you a taste of the real decision making pressure airline captains face daily.

Whether you are looking to elevate your skills or test your capabilities in a more structured environment, we are building a supportive training framework to help you navigate a higher level of virtual airline operations.

We are building this together. We want to create a welcoming, collaborative community for pilots who take flight simulation seriously, but enjoy learning along the way. Your feedback is vital, and if you’d like to help shape the future of this project, we would love to have you on board.
